USB3.0 Active Extension Cable
This USB 3.0 (SuperSpeed) Active Extension Cable is an active device that buffers the data going and out to assure that the signal always meets the USB electrical and timing specifications. The cable can be used to extend the cable length of any USB 3.0 device. The USB data extension cable acts as a transparent USB hub, and buffers all upstream and down-stream data traffic. Both low speed and high speed devices can be accommodated.
Features:
- USB Specification rev 3.0 compliant, also works with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 speed devices (transfer speed will run as fast as the slowest usb standard connected when using older USB versions).
- Cascaded (up to 5) to extend the distance up to 20m between USB devices and computer.
- Regenerate the USB signal for maximum reliability and performance over extended distances.
- Connect to USB device or the 2nd active repeater cable.
- Data transfer speed of up to 5Gbps
- Cable length is 5m.

Note: Using passive extension cables can result in
timing errors and data loss. Passive cables are not recommended for
extending USB beyond the cable length furnished with the USB device and
violate the USB specification.
